To View your CustomersÆ Aged Balances
1. Select the customers you require from the Customers window and click Aged.
The Aged Balances Date Defaults window appears.
2. Enter the dates you require then click OK.
The Aged Balances window appears showing the total of any outstanding invoices grouped by age for each customer selected, where Current is less than 30 days old, 30 days is between 30 and 60 days old, etc. The æageÆ period that is shown is determined by the Periods setting on the Customer Default settings. It is either based on calendar months, or is based on a period of days that you specified, e.g. 30, 60 and 90 days.
If you selected the Include Future Totals in Balance check box in Customer Defaults, all transactions that are dated in future months are included in the customersÆ balance report. If you have deselected this check box, these transactions are excluded.
The total amount you are owed by all of the selected customers is also shown, grouped by age, in the Totals boxes at the bottom of the window. The ageing values shown change depending on the program date.
3. To see a customerÆs detailed aged balances, click Detailed.
The Detailed Aged Analysis window appears.
4. To return to the Customers window, click Close.
